  • Rates are based on double occupancy. The charge for extra person of $60.00 plus taxes per night will be applied if there are more than 2 adults in a guest room.
  • Persons ages 12 years and up are considered adults.
  • A valid credit/debit card and matching photo ID must be presented at check-in. Prepaid cards without a printed first and last name will not be accepted. Cash deposits will not be accepted. Credit and debit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of the stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals.
  • Acceptable forms of payment: American Express, Visa, Discover, Diners Club, MasterCard, Travelers Check and Cash ** Travelers Check and Cash payments ONLY accepted upon the departure
  • Cancellation Policy: The Avalon has a 48-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations must be received by 3:00pm EST 48 hours before date of arrival; otherwise a charge equal to one night plus applicable taxes will be assessed. **This policy does not apply to nonrefundable reservations or to special promotions
  • Reservations of more than 30 days must be arranged directly with the Hotel Reservations department.
  • All requests are subject to availability upon check in; cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
  • Rollaway beds are provided in rooms upon request at a cost of $50.00 plus taxes per night.
  • Avalon Hotel will happily accept small to medium guest packages up to three days prior to guest arrival. In an effort to accommodate all our guests, we complimentary store up to three packages per room. The package shipping label must contain the name of the reserved guest and arrival date, otherwise we will not be able to accept the package for security reasons. We kindly request that shipments do not arrive earlier than the stipulated timeline. Guests should contact our Reception Desk to make special arrangements if they expect shipments of numerous or larger packages and earlier deliveries. Please note that on those occasions, storage and handling fee charges will apply.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • A daily Facilities Fee of $20 plus tax will be applied per room providing access to: WiFi, unlimited daily coffee/tea in the Lobby, in-room local, USA national and 800 telephone calls, luggage storage upon arrival and at departure and 24 hour use of the Fitness Center and the Business Center.
